Maths tutoring and educational support

The Maths tutoring

The Maths tutoring is for any age group but especially for young people preparing for their examinations in the UK or in Ukraine.

Some aspects of mathematics can be challenging for children and the tutoring can help overcome these small challenges and keep your child up with other students. Sometimes a concept is hard to understand in English but when taught in the mother tongue it all becomes clear!

All the tutoring is on-line and one to one, making the experience personal and tailored to the child’s needs.

The maths tutoring can also support a child generally, helping them to open up about any other educational issues they are facing. The tutor is an experienced educator and will know how to help.

The cost and commitment

An hour is £30, however if you live in Gillingham, Shaftesbury or the adjacent Towns and Villages you will receive a discounted charge with the balance made up by the Shaftesbury Refugee Group.

Sessions can be arranged an hour at a time or in longer blocks of hour long tutoring which can be provided at a reduced price.
